SAN DIEGO, 15 July 2016, (HK Golfer News Wire) – Chan started strong with two consecutive rounds of two-under 70s. She closed with an even-par 72 for a total score of 4-under 212, just one shot shy of third place.
Chloe demonstrated consistency at the Bernardo Heights Country Club in North San Diego. Her 70.67 stroke average, total of 9 birdies and 40 pars make her coach and parents proud.
Last week Chloe Chan claimed runner-up in the 2016 FCG International Junior Golf Championship.
The IMG Academy Junior World Golf Championships allow juniors from all parts of the world to play golf and share in cultural exchange. Inaugurated in 1968, the tournament has today grown to 1,200 participants representing 56 countries.
