Park Looking to Continue Dominance

Four-time winner faces a strong challenge at this month's Ageas HKPGA Championship

Scott Barr enters the event in a rich vein of form

Although Park has never won on the Asian Tour, he can't do anything else but triumph when he plays in the history-rich Ageas HKPGA Championship – something he is at a loss to explain.

"I don't know what it is, but it clearly brings out the best in me," said Park with a smile. "Making history in January [2015] was a real high point of my career – and I'm going to be trying my hardest to hold on to the trophy for a fifth time. The tournament field just keeps getting better and better, but I'm up for the challenge and can't wait to get started."

He's not wrong about the field. With Ageas raising the prize money to a record HK$500,000, the championship has attracted an illustrious list of names for its 33rd edition. Park's fellow Australian and Asian Tour colleague Scott Barr returns, while Canada's Richard T Lee, who finished seventh on the Asian Tour Order of Merit, will be making his debut.
