The event, one of the most prestigious in the region and part of the popular Long Beach Golf Festival, saw Williams card rounds of 73, 75 and a brilliant 67 on the final day, to finish just two shots behind champion Jon Levitt.
"My career as a senior golfer is starting off pretty well," joked Williams, who turned 55 in February.
