Mizuno Cruises to KSC International Win

Shinichi Mizuno claimed his first win at the Kau Sai Chau International Open last month thanks to a peerless display over the Gary Player-designed North Course.

"I love playing the North Course," said Shinichi Mizuno.

Mizuno, who won the Kau Sai Chau Junior Open over the same layout just two months previously, was a class apart, carding a three-round total of 216 (level par) to win by 12 shots from Doug Williams in second place. England's Alastair Hall (232) placed third, with defending champion Richard Han a further five strokes back in fourth.

"I love playing the North Course," said the Hong Kong international. "There's trouble everywhere but luckily I was able to stay away from most of it."
