The Academy has been recognised by the local business community by being selected as one of Hong Kong's Most Valuable Companies in 2015, an award annual produced by Mediazone Publishing.

Established in 2004 at the former Asia Golf Club in Cheung Sha Wan, J&J Golf has developed a reputation for providing excellent golf training and service to individuals and corporate clients alike. The Academy moved to Discovery Bay in 2007 and has developed a junior programme along with providing the club's members with experienced teaching professionals whose aim is to further their enjoyment of the game.

Additionally, J&J Golf has introduced golf to the after-school curriculum at Discovery College, which is also located in Discovery Bay. Over the past four years, the Academy has played a role in developing the talents of Mimi Ho and Taichi Kho, both of who are HKGA elite squad members. The Discovery College golf team is made up of students trained by J&J Golf and several were complete beginners when they joined the programme.

"I am exceedingly pleased to announce that the academy has been recognized by the business community for the professional way we conduct our business and our performance in the field of golf instruction," said Kwok, pictured here with Stewart at the awards night. "As most of our students and friends surely know, our instructors do not teach golf for the sake of public recognition, but first and foremost for the love of the game and to bring enjoyment of this great game to students of all ages and experience.

"The award that we have received and any that we may receive in the future is solely due to the great acceptance by members and juniors at Discovery Bay of the academy and its instructors. We hope to continue to provide excellent golf instruction to DBGC for the foreseeable future," Kwok added.
